LMLP

I’m a Licensed Master’s Level Psychologist who believes meaningful progress starts with feeling understood. I work to create a space that is compassionate, encouraging, and practical—where you can talk openly about what you’re facing while also learning skills that help you move forward.

My approach balances validation with action. I want clients to feel supported, but I also want therapy to give them tools they can use in everyday life. Together, we’ll identify clear goals and build strategies that fit your needs, strengths, and circumstances.

I have experience providing individual and group therapy, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, community mental health services, residential treatment with adolescents, and psychological assessment. I also have experience evaluating ADHD and learning disabilities.

My therapy style draws from DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, client-centered therapy, and interpersonal approaches. I place a strong value on the therapeutic relationship and work to help clients build confidence, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and respond to challenges in healthier ways.

I may be a good fit for you if you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, practical, and focused on helping you create meaningful change.
