Katherine Raue

Katherine brings a dynamic and integrated approach to therapy, grounded in both medical and psychological expertise. With a professional background in nursing prior to becoming a licensed professional counselor, she offers a unique perspective that bridges physical health and emotional well-being. She understands firsthand how closely the body and mind are connected, and she uses that insight to help clients create meaningful, lasting change.

Katherine works with children, teens, adults, and couples. She provides play therapy for children, creating a safe and engaging environment where they can express emotions, develop coping skills, and work through behavioral challenges. She also supports couples in improving communication, rebuilding connection, and navigating conflict with clarity and purpose.

Her clinical approach is both structured and adaptable, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). She helps clients identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and focus on practical, forward-moving solutions. By combining these approaches with her medical background, Katherine is able to address concerns in a way that is both insightful and action-oriented.

Katherine is known for creating a grounded, compassionate space where clients feel understood and supported, while also being guided toward real progress. Whether you are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, she works collaboratively with you to build resilience, develop effective strategies, and move toward a healthier, more balanced life.
