Jesse Stanley

Jesse Stanley is a mental health counselor who is committed to helping individuals experience meaningful growth, healing, and lasting change. He believes that while support systems such as family, friends, and community are important, true and sustainable change begins from within. Jesse works collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves, their patterns, and the experiences that shape their lives—always approaching therapy with compassion, respect, and care.

Jesse’s primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Through CBT, he helps clients examine the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, empowering them to recognize unhelpful patterns and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. As clients gain insight and self-awareness, they often find greater emotional balance, confidence, and clarity in their daily lives.

In addition to CBT, Jesse integrates other evidence-based approaches as needed, including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, logotherapy, and parts-based work. While CBT serves as his foundation, Jesse recognizes that each client’s needs are unique and tailors his approach accordingly. His goal is to ensure that every individual feels heard, respected, and supported, regardless of what they bring into the therapy space.

Jesse works with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, and has experience supporting clients through a wide range of concerns, including emotional regulation, life transitions, and personal loss. He strives to create a safe, thoughtful, and collaborative environment where clients can explore challenges openly and work toward lives that feel more fulfilling and aligned with their goals.
