I have been working in the field of mental health for several years and in that time gained much experience working with many different issues. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in individual and group therapy contexts. I have worked in hospitals and agencies in which I worked with issues such as mental health, behavioral issues, substance abuse, and judicial violation.


I believe change and growth are possible for all of us, and I have seen that change lead many of my clients to be more hopeful and empowered in their own lives. By working together, we can develop the skills and tools necessary for you to achieve the goals set forth. I implement different therapeutic modalities because there is no one size fit all-in therapy; I adapt based on my client’s needs. I have training in CBT, DBT, SFT, and Person-centered therapy.

The world is complicated and so is our lives, our actions and behaviors can change and we can improve!
