Specialties: Trained in Play Therapist & Sand Tray,  Trauma-Informed, Individuals, Marriage, and Family

Ashley is a Marriage and Family Therapist. She is trained to work from a systemic perspective, recognizing that there are many pieces that contribute to creating the presenting problems.  She utilizes a trauma-informed approach when working with client systems.  Her primary approaches to practicing therapy are Narrative, CBT, EFT, and SFT.  She also incorporates attachment and inter-generational awareness into each system.

Ashley has an extended history in working with children and recognizes the role that trauma plays in their developing minds.  She has completed the Heartland Play Therapy Certification Program and would like to pursue adding RPT to her name in the future.  Her systemic training allows her to work with couples, individuals, children, and family systems.

“It is truly amazing when a client discovers their strength within.  I feel incredibly lucky to play just a small role in witnessing such discoveries.  I learn something new from every client I work with and I treasure each lesson.  In a scary world, I feel so fortunate to bear witness to such magical experiences.”
